1. Platform services

EdoorHealth provides a digital healthcare platform for booking online or chamber appointments, secure video consultations, digital prescriptions, payment collection, appointment notifications, and related patient-doctor workflows.

2. Eligibility & account responsibility

• You must provide accurate registration details including name, phone number, gender, and address.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Patient accounts created through signup are for personal healthcare use unless authorized otherwise.

3. Medical disclaimer

EdoorHealth facilitates access to registered doctors but does not replace emergency medical care. For urgent or life-threatening conditions, contact local emergency services immediately. Online consultations depend on the information you provide and the doctor's professional judgment.

4. Appointments, payments & cancellations

• Appointment fees, payment status, and consultation mode (online/chamber) are shown before booking.
• Supported payment methods may include online gateways such as Cashfree/UPI where enabled.
• Missed appointments, late joins, or policy-based cancellations may affect consultation completion or refunds as per platform rules.

5. Prescriptions & records

Doctors may issue digital prescriptions through EdoorHealth. Patients can preview or download prescriptions for personal medical use. You agree not to misuse, alter, or misrepresent prescription documents generated on the platform.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or platform systems.
• Do not interfere with video calls, notifications, or payment flows.

7. Privacy

Your use of EdoorHealth is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal and medical information.

8. Communications

By using the platform you consent to receive service-related SMS, push notifications, in-app alerts, and emails for appointments, prescriptions, payments, and video-call events.

9. Limitation of liability

EdoorHealth strives for reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of video, payments, or notifications. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from network issues, third-party gateway failures, or misuse of the platform.
